We provide activity-based skills training for planning, executing and evaluating interviews. We teach your teams how to use a structured interviewing process to increase interview consistency, develop great listening and follow-up question asking skills and make better hiring decisions based on the information gathered through your team's interview process.

Additionally, our activity-based approach to training includes skill building exercises to increase active listening skills, reduce the influence of unconscious bias in decision-making, and make your interviewers confident in their ability to read and react to unexpected situations in live interview scenarios.

Public Speaking

Public speaking is an everyday task. Whether you’re presenting in a meeting or speaking in front of hundreds, there are simple, practical ways to improve your ability to speak off the cuff. In this training you’ll learn techniques for engaging an audience’s attention and earning their respect the moment you step up to speak. You’ll stretch yourself to move outside of your standard presentation content to test out different communication styles. Additionally, you’ll learn physical and mental warm-ups to prepare your mind and body to speak in front of a group and have the chance to practice listening for opportunities to inject humor and personality into your standard presentations.

In this workshop, you’ll learn essential listening and empathy generation skills that help to break down barriers between individuals and groups. With such a complex array of equipment and people attempting to communicate complex ideas through technology, it’s inevitable that information is lost and confusion occurs. We’ll work with you and your team to unpack how to know when to take initiative in a situation, and when it’s best to step back and allow others to lead. On an individual level, you’ll understand how to use your own unique set of abilities to command engagement from a group of your peers or direct reports and how your particular leadership abilities can adjust to fit common scenarios. We’ll put these ideas into play through improvisational exercises that help you practice stepping in and out of leadership roles depending on changing circumstances, people and objectives.
