We'd like to take a moment to welcome our newest client, Earnest, who we began working with in December on a Recruiting Optimization engagement and which will continue over the next month. 

Earnest is a financial technology company using data science, smarter design, and exceptional service to rebuild the financial services industry. Founded in 2013 on the belief that financially responsible people deserve better options and access to credit, Earnest's lending products are built for a new generation seeking to reach life's milestones. The company’s mission is to democratize access to high-quality financial services. Going into 2016 they are expecting to experience rapid growth and are looking to establish their employer brand presence and execute on creative strategies to distinguish themselves in the talent marketplace. 

Earnest has recently added on a recruiting team of 8 over the last 6 months to help drive that expansive growth in 2016. Proactive Talent Strategies will be working with them to develope a 2016 plan to help them execute modern recruiting strategies to ensure Earnest is well positioned for growth.

Will Staney

Will is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Proactive Talent Strategies, LLC and the former Head of Global Talent Acquisition at rapidly-growing startups Twilio andGlassdoor. Prior to that he held recruiting leadership roles at enterprise software leaders VMwareSuccessFactors and SAPwhere he lead strategic programs includingemployer brandingsourcing strategy, recruiting operations and systems process design.

During his over 7 years as a recruiting practitioner, after 10 years in sales and marketing, he developed a passion for building what he calls "modern recruiting machines". He would push innovation from the inside, execute on his vision, and once it was realized he would pass the torch on to those he had mentored and move on to his next challenge. He was destined to start a consultancy so he could help as many companies as possible adopt a more proactive recruiting strategy with community in mind.

In his free time, Will enjoys riding his motorcycle, trying out the newest gadgets, and spending time with his two kids, Foster and Felicity.
